Vanilla, would I be able to use vanilla extract? I'm thinking of making these one day! I've been in the baking mood lately and all I want to make is muffins, cookies, and other sweets because I use to deprive myself of yummy foods since they're usually unhealthy, until I started looking through your blog!

These are great! I've made them a few times for my family and they love them. I usually add chopped dates or craisins or sometimes chocolate chips and peanut butter :) Just to let you know these are NOT fat free as the oats have fat in them and are the main ingredient. They are low fat, though.

I made these tonight and they were delicious! I didn't have any raisins on hand, so I used some chopped walnuts and a little bit of chocolate chips instead. Sort of like a banana muffin, but in cookie form. Yum!
