Our daughter is a celiac, so I used GF bisquick instead of pastry flour, and 1tbs of corn startch in place of the flour in the filling. I decreaced the sugar to 1/2 a cup. By my calculations, the slices were 91 each, not including the small amount of powdered sugar that went on the top. It came out great.
