		<description>Lina - Sure, you could substitute a different liquid sweetener for maple syrup. The flavor of the bars will be slightly different - but they&#039;ll still be yummy! Honey, agave syrup, brown rice syrup, or molasses (except blackstrap molasses, which is pretty potent!) would all work fine.</description>
