		<description>I made the stuffed acorn squash this weekend, and it was great!  It was the first time I ever had acorn squash (really, squash of any kind), so it was an adenture. Thanks for introducing me to a new food.

One question:  how do you cut the squash in half?  I had the hardest time, so ended up microwaving it for 4 minutes, then cutting it in half.  I baked it for about 10 minutes less than what the recipe called for.</description>
