		<description>The point with pozole is that you can customise it once it has been cooked.  Usually (in Mexico) you get the broth and the meat, the rest is up to you.  Traditionally you&#039;ll get a plate with radish, shredded lettuce, limes, chili powder, tortilla chips and red onions.  Then you would add them to the broth in the proportions you like. It&#039;s a fun meal.  Of course you&#039;d have it with a nice cerveza tambien!</description>
